“Ozone(お雑煮)” is a soup with a habit of eating in New Year. Each region has its own distinctive features.
For example, in the northern part of Kyushu where my hometown, generally we make a transparent soup with grilled flying fish. Then put in cut tend yellowtail fish, round rice cakes, vegetables, shiitake mushrooms etc.
But in other regions, Ozouni is made from different ingredients.
