“Mochitsukiļ¼é¤ ć¤ćļ¼” is a traditional method of making rice cake.
We prepare the following items.
- Usuļ¼č¼ļ¼āĀ mortar with a hollow top
- Kineļ¼ęµļ¼ā large mallet
- Mochigomeļ¼ćć”ē±³ļ¼ āĀ rice type suitable for mochi
- Bowl with water
First, set glutinous rice in the dent of the Usu.Ā Then one person crushes it with a Kine and crushes it.Ā Next, another person turns it with a wet hand. By repeating this work, rice gradually turns into paste.
